Rusty grew up on boats, spending every weekend on Lake Texoma.  He learned to water ski at 3 years of age.  In 1990 he started a mobile marine business in Cohasset, Massachusetts.  When he moved to Tahoe in 1999, he started Allstar Boat Care in 2000.  He loves to ski, travel, fish & kiteboard.

General Manager

Zach is from Santa Rosa, California. He attended UC Davis and moved to Lake Tahoe in 1999.  Aside from a 1-year hiatus riding a motorcycle from Tahoe to the tip of South America (!), Tahoe has been his home for the last 20 years.  After spending most of that time in ski resort and golf club management, he is excited to be a part of the boat industry with Allstar. He enjoys spending as much free time as possible outdoors, whether boating, paddling, hiking, biking, backpacking or skiing. If not recreating or enjoying time with friends and family, he is a volunteer with 2 amazing organizations, Tahoe Safe Alliance and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada County.

Office Manager

Willow is from So. Cal and has lived between Reno and Hawaii for twenty years. She comes to Allstar with over 10 years experience as a finance manager for a large powersports dealership and 5 years as a owner/operator for a wholesale solar distribution company. You can usually find her trying to get lost with her dog, Louie.

Steven finished college at Cal Poly and started taking awesome pictures for a living. He's been working at Allstar for a long time now, showing off his amazing talents. When he's not at work, you can find him driving around in his cool classic muscle car in the middle of nowhere.

Boat Technician

Bradly comes to Allstar from California. He has vast experience in the watercraft mechanic front. He loves playing outdoors, whether its being a concrete warrior on his Harley or rock crawling his Jeep.

My passion for aircraft, motorcycle racing, and boats is deeply rooted in my professional career as an aerospace engineer. In the world of aviation, I find inspiration in the precision engineering and advanced technology required to design and develop cutting-edge aircraft. track. Similarly, my love for boats stems from a fascination with marine engineering and naval architecture, where every design element contributes to the vessel's efficiency and seaworthiness. 

Shop Foreman

Skylar has been with Allstar for many years. Shop Foreman and jack of many trades. While not working on boats, he's on the slopes. Also known as resident chef for Allstar.

      Shop Assistant/Detailer

James was born and raised in Reno. He has exceptional skills and approaches every project as it was his own. James is a force that is always on the move. He is ready to lend a helping hand at any moment and is involved with every project that goes on at Allstar. Not only a shop assistant, but he is also an experienced detailer.

Connor possesses a unique skill set and extensive experience in the field of boat detailing. With a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in maintaining boat aesthetics, Connor consistently delivers exceptional results that exceed client expectations. 

Boat Technician

Brad was born and raised in Los Altos, California and moved to Tahoe in 1993.  He spent 10 years in Mexico building homes and captaining private yachts.  He holds a USCG 100-ton Master Credential.  He has worked for Allstar part-time for the last 10 years and will be joining us as a full-time seasonal team member.
